RDE旋轉圓盤電極的應用與使用

      RDE旋轉圓盤電極應用在電分析化學、電極過程和均相化學反應的研究,電極自身旋轉時,溶液在電極表面進行層流運動,擴散層厚度隨轉速的變化而變化,根據極限擴散電流方程式,可以準確測定擴散電流。本產品適用于高等院校、科研單位、環境監測等部門。
旋轉圓盤電極的使用方法:
  在測量時電極浸入測量溶液不宜太深,一般以2~3mm為宜。電極的轉速要適當,太慢時自然對流起主要作用,太快時則會出現湍流,不能得到有效參數。要求在旋轉過程中保證電極表面出現層流狀態。
  旋轉圓盤電極的極限擴散電流密度公式,由V.G.Levich(前蘇聯)于1942年提出,Levich方程如下,極限擴散電流iL是研究電化學動力學的重要參數。如果在不同轉速條件下測得iL值,作iL-ω1/2圖,可求出D;用標準溶液標定后可測反應物種的濃度,常用于定量分析。
